The Johnson Family

This was actually one of the easiest family sessions I've ever done! Leanne chose a location herself and we basically just walked around a trail stopping every so often to snap a few pictures. Had there been sun, the lighting would have been perfect, but sadly, it was cloudy and windy the whole time.

Twin love...Love it!

Extended Family Session

I took pictures for Julie and her family last summer. She contacted me to take pictures for her extended family up in Omaha. She picked the location, which was PERFECT. Seriously, the lighting was insane. Too bad it was just a little chilly. And too bad these guys were Husker fans...

Christy & Crew: Mini Session

I'm not sure whose idea it was to go to the zoo on a beautiful summer day with 5 kids and take pictures....probably mine :/ I thought it would be a great idea to mix business and pleasure. And actually, it didn't turn out bad at all! Stella even chilled in her stroller the whole time, which she has never done for any extended period of time.

The placed was packed, and that is an understatement. We had to go to the very back of the zoo by the rhinos to get away from the crowds. I was worried about the 1pm overhead lighting, but I was presently surprised with the shaded areas we found.

Baby Aydden: 7 months

We had a great session around Red Oak that started at Krystal and TJ's house. I know one of you mentioned there may be some poison ivy at the abandoned church, which I shrugged off at the time. Then the next day I had a huge itchy rash on my arm! I hope you all made it out unscathed.

I mentioned this back when I took Aydden's 6 week pictures, but it still stands true; you would never know this baby boy was a preemie ;) Just check out those baby rolls!

He made this face a lot

At this point I was barking and meowing to get Aydden to look. I'm pretty sure his look is one of terror...

Hilarious

The Pane/Prchal Family

Baby Kiptyn is one year old now, but right around his birthday, he broke his leg! Jenna told me it was a toddler fracture and he really never "did" anything to cause it. Poor guy was just learning to walk and now has to be in a full leg cast instead. The plan was to do some extended family pictures and some individual ones of Kiptyn for his first birthday, but he wasn't really too mobile, so we did what we could. This family was SO easy to photograph for a big group.

Jenna's parents own a cattle farm. Her dad wanted to get pictures with the cows and old tractors. Jenna and her mom were against it, but I was SO for it! I love cows. Love, love, LOVE cows.
